1) Analyst: Master thesis page up
You have graduated successful with your bachelor degree and are now looking for a challenging job on one of our projects.
Your function
We are addressing ambitious students to make a full-time internship. This internship should be 3-6 months and
depends on the availability of our experienced consultants. You will be a part of our team working on real customer
projects. You will gain your first experiences and receive responsibilities at the level of an analyst.
Your development
You will receive coaching from our experienced consultants to develop your consulting skills and discuss first
impressions. Furthermore you can take part in all the internal training of the Advisory Group. At the end of your
internship you will receive personal feedback to outline your opportunities up to your final degree.
Employment criteria
As an analyst you need to have a very good academic background and have an excellent problem solving approach. In
the past you have been able to demonstrate that you can realize tasks and finalize them. English and German written
and spoken are essentials.
(1) Consultant

You have successfully obtained your degree and possibly acquired first hand experiences in the consulting branch.
Your function
As a consultant you are expected to understand the diversified problems and challenges of our clients. You will
collaborate closely with our clients and we expect that you will incorporate specific knowledge in the industries
of our clients. Furthermore you will become skilled at the essential consulting methods and approaches. You will
improve your communication and management skills to discuss with the clients and work successfully in a consulting
team. Furthermore you will gain experience in actual and future problems in the specific industries of our clients.
Your development
As a consultant you will be accompanied by a mentor supporting you to improve your diversified knowledge base with
the target to specialize you as an expert. Your career development and training will be supported by continuous
feedback to extend your functional and soft skills. Consultants at this stage are developing their advisory skills
in different client projects during 2-3 years, before you will be promoted to the next stage. Of course this depends
on development of your individual skills and effort as a consultant.
Employment criteria
Consultants at this stage have usually gained first experiences and developments in their career. We are expecting that
you have worked in teams to solve complex approaches and demonstrated your skills. The international alignment
of our projects assumes English and German written and spoken.
(2) Senior Consultant page up
After obtaining a successful degree you have gained experiences in the advisory context and in various industries.
You will bring essential consulting skills and experiences to the Advisory Group.
Your function
As a senior consultant you are involved in every kind of customer and internal development projects and are able to
deliver value added. At this stage you can specify and extend your knowledge base in the consulting area with the
target to establish expert knowledge and experiences in the necessary extent. Senior consultants will also be expected
to take a leading role in client projects when they are representing the Advisory Group as well as take an active role
in internal projects. You will be engaged in creating and implementing value-delivering approaches manage and
motivate your team members and start with independent care of some customer relationships on middle and higher management level.
Your development
As a senior consultant you are part of the management mentoring program of the Advisory Group. Your mentor
supports you to specialize in your area of competencies and extend your team leading skills. Your career
development and training will be supported by continuous feedback, so that you can reach your targets. Senior
consultants are usually working for 3 years at this stage and are successful coaches for analysts and consultants
before they will be promoted to a manager. Of course this depends on the level of your individual skills and efforts as a consultant.
Employment criteria
After a successful degree senior consultants have demonstrated their competencies in various clients projects and
roles successfully and can verify it by former promotions. Senior consultants have a significant competence to solve
complex problems and experience in teamwork to realize and finalize projects successfully. The international
alignment of our projects assumes English and German written and spoken.
(3) Manager page up
You can show several years of successful consulting experience.
Your function
As a manager are you working in various project management functions and collaborating with our clients independently.
You are developing our solution and method portfolio and you are able to bring a team to creative solutions. In our
multi-purpose customer projects you are developing and coaching whole teams and enhancing our approaches.
Your development
Your progression to a partner of the Advisory Group is guided by a mentor of the partner level. Your path to the
partnership will be adjusted by your strengths and weaknesses and will be fixed in that level during 3-4 years. Of
course this depends on the development of your individual skills and efforts as a consultant.
Employment criteria
You have demonstrated that you can lead consulting teams and client projects. Furthermore you have expert
knowledge in a minimum one of the services offered by the Advisory Group.
(4) Senior Manager page up
You have sound standing consulting experiences, relevant for the Advisory Group, gained and your competencies as a manager demonstrated.
Your function
As a partner in the future you are supporting the expansion and development of the company. You will work
independently with existing and new clients of the Advisory Group and you are able to independently initialize new customer projects and finalize them successfully.
Your development
At this stage you are selected as a partner and are initializing the setup to be a partner of the Advisory Group.
Employment criteria
You have successfully demonstrated your senior management skills in the consulting branch. You are optimistic that
you have all necessary skills for a partner-to-be.
(5) Partner page up
You previously worked as a partner in a consulting company and have sound standing knowledge in relevant approaches and
industries of our clients.
Your function
As a part of the Advisory Group partner team you are responsible for the development of the company. You are
developing and creating independently customer relations and are managing a portfolio of current and new
customer projects. Furthermore you are motivating and cultivating talents in your teams and developing individual consultants.
Your development
You increase your experiences by developing our company and establish the values and culture of the Advisory Group
inside and outside of the company.
Employment criteria
You have successfully demonstrated the abilities to be a partner and you are confident to comply with the necessary
criteria to be a partner of the Advisory Group.
