Employment Process Our employment process is divided in to four stages. The interview is, from our point of view, more of a discussion,
during which we want to know more about you and your competencies and whilst you get an impression of our
business. Our questions and discussion issues are based on real problems of our clients. We are interested in your
approach, and how you argue and come to your recommendations.
 We
are not looking for a certain "right" answer with our interview questions. More importantly for us is that your
argumentation is structured and that you have and use analytical skills to solve complex problems. Your answer should
be based on your creativity and experience. The Advisory Group is interested in measurable and realizable approaches
for our clients - these are the criteria we value. |
